2. Accounts & Registration

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Payments & Subscriptions

Some of our Services require payment. By purchasing a course, subscription, or other paid offering, you agree to pay all applicable fees. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change with notice.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform — including courses, videos, text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of The AiGeeks Academy or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content without our prior written consent.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Share account credentials or allow others to access your account
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services

6. Certificates & Credentials

Certificates of completion are awarded based on meeting course-specific criteria. All certificates are verified through our platform. Misrepresenting your credentials, forging certificates, or attempting to manipulate our verification system will result in permanent account termination and potential legal action.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

8. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes, job placements, or salary levels from completing our courses or internships.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The AiGeeks Academy and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chandigarh, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
