Cancellation & Refund Policy

At The AiGeeks Academy, we strive to deliver exceptional value through our courses and services. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a refund or cancel your enrollment.

1. Course Refund Policy

We offer a risk-free learning experience with the following refund windows:

  • 7-Day Refund: For all individual courses and short-term programs, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have completed less than 25% of the course content.
  • 14-Day Refund: For bootcamps and intensive programs, a full refund is available within 14 days of the program start date, provided you have attended no more than 2 live sessions.
  • No Refund: Refund requests made after the applicable window or after exceeding the content consumption threshold are not eligible for a refund.

2. Subscription Refund Policy

For monthly or annual subscription plans:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
  • Cancellation stops auto-renewal; you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
  • Refunds for subscriptions are generally not provided for partial months or unused time.
  • If you believe you were incorrectly charged, contact us within 7 days of the charge for review.

3. Internship & Placement Programs

For internship and placement-assisted programs:

  • Full refund available within 7 days of enrollment if the internship has not yet commenced.
  • Once internship placement begins or mentor sessions start, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • Program transfers to a future cohort may be offered as an alternative to refunds.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • One-time workshop or webinar registrations (unless the event is cancelled by us)
  • Certificate re-issuance or verification fees
  • Third-party tools or software licenses purchased through our platform
  • Corporate or bulk training programs (as per separate agreements)

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Log into your account and navigate to "My Learning" or "My Orders".
  2. Select the course or service and click "Request Refund".
  3. Alternatively, email us at hello@aigeeksacademy.in with your order ID and reason for refund.

Refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Cancellation by The AiGeeks Academy

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any live session, bootcamp, or program due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future cohort at no additional cost.

7. Exceptions & Discretionary Refunds

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis for medical emergencies, technical issues on our end, or other extenuating circumstances. Documentation may be required.
